S.A.I., Inc. was established in January of 1956 by Ralph B. Shannon as an Electrical Manufacturer’s Representative serving Peninsular Florida and steadily grew through a commitment to quality.
In 1962 Robert F. Shannon was named President and the tradition established by his father was expanded into fire alarm systems and time control systems such as those used in schools and hospitals. In the 1970′s, nurse call systems expanded our ever growing line of systems to meet the needs of our customers. In 1978 S.A.I., Inc. became an EST Systems Distributor, covering 14 counties on Florida’s west coast.
By 1997, Robert J. Shannon, grandson to Ralph Shannon began as the third generation President of S.A.I., Inc. and led us into the new millennium with expanded lines of CCTV, access control and full service turnkey system solutions.
As new technologies become available, S.A.I., Inc. is dedicated to finding the best solutions for our customers. We will provide those new technologies with the same commitment of excellence our customers have come to expect.
